Opened in 2021, following the $20 million redevelopment of the former residential aged care homes of Waratah Lodge, Boronia House and Grevillea Lodge.

There are two wings in Mooroopna Place – 60 beds in the Campbell Court wing, and 40 beds in the Varapodio Way wing. These are joined by a bright and modern reception area, wellness centre, hairdressing salon and lounge.

Also in the Village are 93 independent living units, a communal activity centre and a bowling green.
