Mission, Values and Vision
Shepparton Villages is a unique community based organisation which started as a dream in 1963 through the Rotary Club of Shepparton and is now a leader in aged care and one of Shepparton’s largest employers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enrich the lives of people in our care.
Our Values
Recently our staff, residents and their families got together to re-visit our values. We were very keen to ensure our values were able to be easily understood by everyone, and reflected how we go about out day.

We love what we do and encourage creativity and diversity.

Our staff and residents have been actively and enthusiastically involved in re-shaping our values, taking part in a number of workshops.
We thought the best way to demonstrate our values was to showcase them. We made a short video highlighting the five values, with our staff and residents providing some stellar acting!
