The program provides eligible elderly people with care and support in their home. Clients can choose the type of service that suits their individual needs and when the services are provided.

To be eligible for care at our mixed care facilities you will need to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Service. A referral from your general practitioner will facilitate this or you can contact the Aged Care Assessment Service direct on (03) 5823 6000.

Our independent living units are an attractive choice for those who no longer wish to have the cost or work required to run a family home and do not need a lot of extra support.
