COVID-19 Information

This page has been created to gather together all updates and information about the extra precautions and restrictions Shepparton Villages has put into place to further protect our residents from COVID-19.

We anticipate this page to be updated regularly as new information and advice comes to hand, so please be sure to check back often.

Visitor Assessment

Our facilities are currently locked down to visitors, except those visiting a palliative resident. Visitors in this case must first obtain permission from the Executive Manager Care Services, Sarah Gaunt on (03) 5832 0800. If permission is granted, you will need to fill in a Restricted Access Assessment.

We understand this can be onerous, especially if visiting regularly – however we are required to undertake this process for every single visit to our facilities.

The version here is an electronic form so you can complete it and print it as often as you like – remembering to change the date and to sign on entry to the facility with our staff.
